Free Version
Jeg Kit is a freely downloadable product that is accessible through our website or the WordPress plugin repository.
PRO Version
Jeg Kit offers a PRO version for purchase, which can be acquired by an annual subscription. Access to PRO features, updates, and customer support are available so long as you have an active license. Although your website remains unaffected by the expiration of your premium license, you will lose access to updates for the PRO features, support, and other related benefits.
License
All our WordPress plugins and themes tagged with GPL and that are available on WordPress.org are licensed under GNU general public license. You are free to modify these themes for personal or commercial use. Subscriptions and Payment
After browsing our website you may be interested in purchasing Jeg Kit PRO plans. This can be purchased according to the prices and pricing tiers that are published and accepted on our website. You will be required to submit payment information to do so. To process the payments we use PayPal and Lemon Squeezy. You must agree with their terms and conditions before paying for any of our plans.
Jeg Kit PRO offers various subscription plans. This subscription will automatically renew and you will be billed at the end of your term for the following year if your subscription is still active.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds to any unsatisfied customer up to fourteen (14) days after the purchase. To request a refund, you must fill out the form provided in your invoice. The form becomes available seven (7) days after your purchase of the Jeg Kit PRO plan to prevent abuse. We encourage customers to use the product (or service) within the first two weeks to ensure satisfaction. Refunds are not available after the 14-day period and only completed transactions are eligible for a refund. Please note that refunds do not apply to renewal or recurring payments. Once a subscription has been renewed, the renewal payment is considered final and non-refundable.
Taxes
You are solely responsible for any relevant state, federal, or provincial taxes. Although you may not be charged taxes by us, you acknowledge and agree to pay any applicable taxes or fees to your local or state tax agency for any purchases. We are not responsible for collecting, transmitting, or advising on taxes, duties, or other levies by the government regarding your purchases.
Trademark
“Jeg Kit” is used by us, Jegstudio, to specifically identify our site, service, and business. You agree not to use this term in any context without obtaining our consent. Additionally, you agree not to use our trademark or copy the look and feel of our site or its design without our prior written consent. You acknowledge that this paragraph goes beyond the governing law on intellectual property law and includes prohibitions on any competition that violates the provisions of this paragraph, including starting your own competing business.

Your use of the site, services, or software following any such update or revision constitutes your agreement to be bound by and comply with this agreement as updated or revised.
